Coming back with once again with –no, not the renegade master- a superspecial line up for the welcoming arches of Cargo, Soundcrash are proud to announce an evening of unrivalled creativity. The beautiful Belleruche, snare-snapping hiphop breakster Kid Kanevil and a very exciting support slot from BBE's star producer Aaron Jerome performing with Yungun and Mozez of Zero7 fame. It really doesn't get much better than this, even if we do say so ourselves. Which we do.
Belleruche have been busy of late, recently signed to the overflowing cornucopia of treats that is Tru Thoughts, they have just delivered their first album for the label. Belleruche produce perfect, handmade hip-hop-blues-soul. If you like Lamb and Portishead then Belleruche will be right up your street, it's pure soulful Jazz with scratch and samples aplenty. The new album 'Turntable Soul Music' comprises of songs inspired by rum induced nights, many of which have been written in train carriages, dubious minicabs and pub backrooms around the UK. Supporting will be producer/DJ Kid Kanevil. This beatmaster is getting the props from every quarter right now and it's def time to catch him while you can still afford it. Additional support comes from a rare live team up from Aaron Jerome, Yungun and Mozez performing tracks from Jeromes new album for BBE. This is a rare one.
